About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Leader to drive strategy and execution for our client’s print lab business (B2B2C). This full-time role reports to the VP of Marketing and is based onsite in San Jose, CA, requiring five days per week in the office with approximately 10% annual business travel.

Key Responsibilities Develop data-driven strategies to grow customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value for professional photographers. Create and optimize marketing content for the company website, including web pages, videos, creative assets, and customer support materials, supporting paid and organic campaigns. Test and validate offline marketing channels to enhance presale activities, account management, and business development efforts. Orchestrate educational programs such as webinars, content campaigns, influencer partnerships, trade shows, and in-person events to inspire the target audience and encourage product trials. Conduct customer interviews to identify pain points and needs, using insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Focus Areas As a product marketing leader, your primary focus will be: Driving revenue growth through acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies. Acting as the voice of the customer to inform internal strategies; comfortable building out product marketing from a relatively ambiguous space - competitive analysis, feedback from users etc. Aligning internal teams to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Requirements 7+ years of product marketing experience, with proven success in growing eCommerce businesses with long conversion funnels. A deep understanding of eCommerce, online software platforms, and the B2B2C model. Experience targeting prosumers or SMBs is essential. Strong analytical skills, KPI-focused mindset, and familiarity with A/B testing. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global team environment. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate challenges into actionable solutions. Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex strategies into clear recommendations. Interest in photography, design, or the arts is a plus.

Compensation Base Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Bonus : Eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus.
