Role Overview: We’re seeking a
Technical Writer
with experience in
cyber resiliency and communication planning.
This role involves creating and managing documentation that supports cybersecurity strategies, incident response procedures, and communication plans. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and risk management teams to develop clear, technically accurate materials tailored for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain documentation for cyber resiliency, incident response, and continuity plans. Create communication guides and templates for cyber incident scenarios. Work closely with teams to translate technical processes into accessible documentation. Ensure all materials are version-controlled, secure, and up to date. Review and enhance existing documentation to align with best practices. Support training and user guide development related to cyber awareness.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 3+ years of technical writing experience, especially in cybersecurity or risk management. Strong portfolio showcasing experience with cyber resiliency documentation. Familiarity with frameworks like
NIST ,
ISO 27001 , and incident response protocols. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Confluence, and JIRA. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
