this candidate will report up through Content Strategy and Development within Global Customer Care by providing technical documentation for external customers. The position involves performing all stages of technical content publication for online, mobile, and printed formats.

SKILLS: Primarily create developer-focused content in support of API integrations, as well as user-centered release notes, announcements, and user guides. Proficiency with documenting APIs or creating web content, markdown, HTML, and DITA/XML, including best practices with markups, tags, and topic types. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and other authoring tools, such as Visual Studio Code, Git, Ixiasoft, Oxygen, XML and xMetal. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills that abide by content and style guide standards.
Nice to have skills: Swagger CSS
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $45/hr to $50/hr W2.
