Job Title: UX Strategy Leader

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Remote)

Duration: 8 month Contract

MUST HAVE skills:

• Technical Acumen: Expertise and experience working in Sales products UX.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in experience design, with a focus on strategic, user-centered approaches that deliver high-impact, scalable user experiences.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, advocating for the user at every stage of the product development cycle. People management background preferred.
• Operational Mindset: Proven ability to operationalize user experience strategies and drive them through to execution.
• Design Background: Strong background in design with the ability to create visual assets, including mockups, flows, and concepts. Proficiency in Figma is required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field
