Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Experience Design Strategy Leader to join our team of strategists. This role requires a balance of strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence. Our Design Strategists are central to our success-they are adaptable, proactive, and capable of floating across different portfolios depending on the business needs. They specialize in connecting dots across multiple domains, influencing the roadmap with big-picture, divergent thinking while being grounded in data, analytics, user needs, and an operational mindset.

Systems Thinking: Provide broad and deep analysis across complex systems, connecting the dots and identifying opportunities for innovative experiences that are scalable and sustainable. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for innovation, lead and operationalize strategic initiatives, ensuring that goals are achieved efficiently while setting high standards of execution. Influential Communication: Effectively communicate design and experience vision and strategy through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, especially when creating executive-level presentations. Cross-Organizational Leadership: Navigate ambiguity with ease, leading cross-functional initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams. Collaboration with UX Designers and Researchers: Partner with UX designers and researchers to elevate design craft and uncover new research opportunities that inform experience strategy. Design Assets: Develop mockups, concepts, flows, and visual assets to articulate points of view and influence key stakeholders. Shoud know Figma and Miro. Adaptability: Connect dots between portfolios, applying a well-rounded understanding of our product ecosystem to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Emerging Technology & AI: Leverage expertise in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of experience design and ensure that our products remain competitive in an evolving market.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, advocating for the user at every stage of the product development cycle. People management background preferred. Technical Acumen: Expertise in AI and emerging technologies and their application to enhance user experiences. Operational Mindset: Proven ability to operationalize user experience strategies and drive them through to execution. Design Background: Strong background in design with the ability to create visual assets, including mockups, flows, and concepts. Proficiency in Figma is required. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience delivering executive presentations that advocate for user-centric design strategies. Curiosity & Proactiveness: A curious and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for improving user experiences across complex product ecosystems. Educational Background: A degree in User Experience, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience.
