Description: • The ABM and Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing account-based marketing and marketing automation initiatives. • This role serves as a key strategic advisor to the Digital team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns. • The position involves implementing and managing digital strategies, administering marketing platforms, and enhancing marketing automation technologies. • Additionally, the Manager will provide mentorship, ensure governance of marketing systems, and support the organization's marketing and communications strategies.
Primary Responsibilities: • Act as an expert user and administrator for marketing automation and account-based marketing platforms. • Manage and maintain enhancements, governance, and platform maintenance. • Lead workstreams for new marketing technology projects and system implementation. • Design, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for workflow and lead optimization. • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, configure user groups, and generate reports. • Conduct training for new users and facilitate the use of platform features. • Segment and target audiences based on organizational data. • Collaborate with teams and agencies to create and support digital marketing efforts. • Maintain a campaign calendar to track and coordinate marketing initiatives. • Mentor team members and guide marketing automation and ABM strategies. • Provide updates to senior management regarding projects and system governance.
Required Skills: • Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on automation and account-based marketing. • Proficient in various digital marketing platforms and technology solutions. • Strong understanding of digital channels, marketing technology applications, and privacy regulations. • Skilled in data analysis, lead generation, and campaign optimization. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desired Skills: • Certification in account-based marketing or marketing automation platforms. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and audience persona development. • Knowledge of privacy regulations impacting marketing technologies.
Education: • Bachelor's Degree required.
Compensation: Pay Range:$91000-$130000
