Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Marketing: Design and execute campaigns across digital, print, social media, and experiential platforms to increase engagement.
• Partnership Development: Identify and manage strategic collaborations and sponsorship opportunities to elevate brand visibility and generate new revenue streams.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve creative excellence.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
• Over seven years of experience in marketing, particularly in developing integrated strategies.
• Proven expertise in securing and managing partnerships and sponsorships.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a flair for innovation in marketing campaigns.
• Analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with cultural and regional market trends in the Northeastern United States.
• Background in working with marketing agencies.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K
