Position Overview
We are seeking an interim Manager of Marketing Operations to support our Organizational Operations team for a 13-week assignment with potential to extend or convert to full-time. This role will be critical in maintaining and improving our marketing operations processes, documentation, and team initiatives.
Work Location & Schedule Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office required) Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time position No expected overtime Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Manager of Organizational Operations in various strategic initiatives Manage and facilitate weekly leadership meetings and monthly organizational meetings Create and review presentations, reports, and documentation Oversee AES-related initiatives and onboarding processes Maintain departmental documentation and file management systems Assist with budget management and administrative operations Review files for compliance with document storage standards Support the launch of new programs and initiatives Plan and execute team culture initiatives and events Manage SharePoint administration and access controls Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years of project management experience within a marketing organization 2+ years of SharePoint experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and document management capabilities Experience in managing cross-functional relationships Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Detail-oriented problem-solving skills Team Structure
This position is part of a three-person Organizational Operations team within the broader Marketing Operations department, supporting a marketing organization of approximately 200 associates.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
