Charming Inns is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations Departments. This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and will provide project-specific administrative support. The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative team player who is eager to grow their knowledge and develop their skills.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of marketing materials and collateral.

Assist with crafting and editing videos for use on the company's social media platforms.

Lead social media postings and strategies for all Charming Inns accounts across multiple platforms.

Update websites with fresh and relevant content.

Support reputation management efforts.

Manage the tracking and reporting of monthly marketing efforts and make suggestions for future initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:

Qualify and respond to all Requests for Proposal for the hotels and restaurant.

Provide customized proposals to clients based on individual specifications.

Generate contracts and banquet event orders and coordinate deposits with each group.

Update corporate client database and mailing lists.

Create content for corporate email blasts.

Assist clients with website navigation, online booking links, and corporate log-ins.

Assist with the planning and execution of micro weddings at participating properties.

Assist with distributing sales materials to local vendors.

Assist with group and corporate bookings and respond to emails in the absence of the Sales Manager.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

General knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Able to work as a team with a fluid result.

Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeaner.

Prior experience in hospitality a plus.
