Job Summary
The Conversation/VUI Designer will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive conversational user interfaces (VUI) for interactive voice recognition (IVR) systems.
This position involves collaborating with internal and external business partners to design and enhance customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in VUI design tools and a strong understanding of conversational bot development, ensuring seamless and effective user interactions.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop conversational interactive voice recognition (IVR) bots for enhanced customer interactions. Collaborate with internal and external partners to guide and craft customer experiences. Address ad hoc requests, backlog requests, and enhancement requests for conversational bot development. Utilize design tools like Figma, Drift, Sketch, Speechly, and Voiceflow to create user-focused designs. Create and refine visual workflows using tools such as Visio and Lucid Charts. Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of professional experience in VUI design with working projects. Proficiency with design tools, including Figma, Drift, Sketch, or Speechly; experience with Voiceflow is a significant advantage. Experience with workflow tools such as Visio and Lucid Charts. Strong understanding of conversational bot design and development for IVR systems. Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs. Experience with designing for call center IVR systems or similar interactive platforms. A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
