We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Influencer Creative & Content to build out our creative team and drive the development of integrated influencer marketing campaigns. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and strategy of our influencer campaigns and overall Creo creative direction to deliver exceptional results for our partners.

Reporting Relationship:

The Head of Influencer Creative & Content reports to the President, Creo.

Responsibilities include:
  • Build, lead and inspire a team of creative and strategic professionals that meets the horizontal needs of current influencer marketing in an IAT setting
  • Develop and build upon creative strategies that align with our clients' objectives and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the account management and client investment teams to understand client needs and provide creative solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to ensure our creative offerings are innovative and cutting-edge.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain C-suite relationships and perform in Executive Level client pitches.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with and lead external partners, including influencers, production personnel and activation team members to bring campaigns to life.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any creative concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably within the influencer marketing plus one of either brand-side or advertising agency space.
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to build and inspire a creative team.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.
  • Proficiency in design software and understanding of content creation tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.


This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$200,000-$240,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
