The primary purpose of the Channel Marketing I position is to ensure the implementation and day-to-day support for the global channel communications team. The role participates in development of communications deliverables for our external channel partners, including the operations, governance and delivery of channel-facing newsletters, emails, and program materials. The incumbent communicates with other teams to help gather, operationalize and create required communications deliverables. Support for internal communication as it relates to our channel programs and partners is also required. Responsibilities: Carries out operations of channel communications deliverables, including assisting in the development of the tools and processes for global channel communications needs including, channel-facing newsletters, emails, and program materials Channel communications support including assistance with communication reviews and production support for all regions and the creation and distribution of ad hoc emails as required Researches, defines and provides metrics for our global channel communications activities through metric reports, analysis and if possible, suggestions for improvements Assists with marketing messaging and copywriting as needed Assists with video editing and creation when needed Supports the development and assists with the project management of key channel communications projects and deliverables Coordinates with our agency partners for specific communications deliverables as needed Assists in the development of new PartnerConnect program materials Provides regional assistance on problems and issues with process & tools or communications deliverables Prefer candidate to work hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL facility Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent work experience required Preferred Skills and Competencies: Problem solving, interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills MS Office Suite Strong communication skills Presentation skills Creative writing with newsletters, emails, and program materials Channel program and partner support experience Awareness of regional and cultural differences Ability to identify and implement process improvements Come Join the Herd! Salary: USD 52400.00 - USD 78600.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
