Entry Level Marketing & Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
Handle all interactions between customers and clientsIncreasing sales by staying up to date on new marketing trends and ways to approach and overcome objectionsDevelop proposals, sales strategies, and presentations that correlate to customer needs and wantsManage time and territory in an efficient mannerAttend weekly meetings on product trainingEstablish a solid, constructive working relationship with members on the Sales team to help each other reach goals and increase productionWork directly with customers daily in order to guarantee excellent service on the spot and be hands on for any necessary explanations.Entry Level Marketing & Sales Trainee Requirements:
0-2 years experience in a sales-driven environmentBachelor's degree is preferredAbility to work in a collaborative and self-driven environmentIndividual who is outgoing, passionate, and committed to working in a people oriented environmentSolution oriented to maintain and exceed sales goalsWillingness to learn
