Cattlemens Steakhouse

Rancho Cordova & Roseville locations

Primary responsibility is booking banquet event sales for two locations and coordinating all event details from start to finish.

Multi-talented, motivating, and highly social, aggressive communicator responsible for maximizing sales and profits through creative and selective selling. Experience and passion for hospitality, along with their ambition for connecting with current and future guests, are essential as they represent Cattlemens at special events, banquets, and local community and business functions. Must be prepared to act as a liaison between community and business representatives, the management team, marketing advisors, and staff employees. Coordinator of the marketing and events department at each restaurant for which they are responsible. This is an hourly non-exempt position. Flexible and varied hours required including split-shifts, nights, weekends and holidays

Job and Skill Requirements Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while supporting the needs of both guests and the department. Proficiency in computer systems and email communication. Professional telephone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills while working closely with Cattlemens guests and fellow co-workers. Must be teamwork-oriented with a positive attitude towards all. Adhere to business attire and appearance standards at all times. Perform additional duties as requested by the General Manager.
