Job Description: The Communication and Change Management (OCM) Lead demonstrates best-in-class behavioral change management skills tensure a smooth implementation from the people side of change/adoption. The OCM Lead is a Change Management professional, whis an expert in the people side of change within business transformations and large scale global programs.
The OCM Lead interfaces with stakeholders in the Business Units and Functions, with related supporting departments and within the programs. The OCM Lead guides, coaches and facilitates the target audiences, the stakeholders, the program teams and leadership through the implementation and embedding of new ways of working. The OCM Lead will be part of the program change and communications team.
Key accountabilities and activities: OCM Workstream Lead role - Leading the OCM deliverables that will enable the delivery of projects for TBS People Solutions:
Overseeing, coaching and driving below activities:
Conducting Stakeholder Analysis Conducting Change impact assessments and Training Needs Analysis Creation of Training Curriculum Creation and Implementation of Engagement Plans, including Communication and Training Plan Creation of Communication materials and required translations (FAQ, GLive emails, Townhalls as examples) Creation of Training Material and required translations (e-Learning, Quick Reference Guides as example) Initiating and driving change champion networks tembed change in the regions Conducts change readiness surveys Conducts change adoption measurement Change Status and Effectiveness Tracking Leadership Alignment and Stakeholder Management
