Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be part of a communications team of professional digital media specialists, desktop publishers, and public affairs specialists supporting the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General, Strategic Initiatives Directorate.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active SECRET clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in Digital Content Management, you will:

Develop white papers and web text that distill complex information into clear, accessible language for a variety of internal and external audiences Organize and manage knowledge resources, ensuring that complex data and information are translated into digestible, easy-to-understand content Review and analyze data, publications, and websites, transforming detailed information into clear, plain-language content that is easily understood by the public Condense detailed stories or key messages into concise, attention-grabbing posts or graphics suitable for social media platforms Proofread and edit content on internal and external websites, as well as SharePoint, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of understanding Work with web content manager to ensure content is well-organized and user-friendly Collaborate with the graphic design team to create compelling visuals, including PowerPoint presentations, placemats, and other graphic materials, to effectively communicate information and support content Other duties as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

Active SECRET clearance At least 5 (five) years of experience in writing and digital communications Familiar with Combatant Commands and activities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint) Ability to write clear and engaging content Strong editing skills (correcting spelling/grammatical errors) Experience with social media content creation Critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail Awareness and interest in the Department of Defense, military, federal government, the media, and news organizations Time management skills; ability to produce quality products under hard deadlines Ability to work in a high-tempo environment The following is preferred:

AS or AA degree, BS / BA highly desired, in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Alexandria, VA, address disclosed after your clearance is verified. This position must be able to go on-site 3+ days a week, with some telework, in Alexandria, VA. Address disclosed after your clearance is verified.
