Position Summary The Account Lead, Digital will primarily lead the digital marketing strategy and implementation for specific Richard Sandoval Hospitality locations. This entails overseeing integrated marketing communications, lead generation, website marketing and management, email campaigns, social media engagement, video production, mobile marketing, viral campaigns, SEO and SEM, and other digital marketing efforts. Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, along with effective project management and organizational abilities, are essential for this role.
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, analytics, and agency partners, is necessary to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that meet our business goals.
The perfect candidate excels in planning and project management, drives relationships, values attention to detail and analytics, and exhibits a fervent passion for contemporary marketing across diverse digital platforms such as search, programmatic advertising, social media, email, and other cutting-edge digital marketing and media technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Digital Campaign Management
o Manages the development of digital campaigns for signature multi-location restaurant brands.
o Communicates the strategy, plan and progress, providing performance updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Drives the launch and optimizes performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs.
o Works with designers within brand team to create compelling creatives that resonate with our target audiences.
o Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
Account Management
o Serves as central point of contact for digital marketing for select restaurants in the portfolio and additional business lines within the company as we grow and scale
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for select restaurants to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
o Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and continually optimize campaigns based on performance data.
o Manage workflow for cross-departmental projects, including tactical deliverables as it relates to campaigns. This would include creative assets, landing page development, email and digital assets needed to support activities across the group and to agency partners
o Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across offline and online channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc
o Stays up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
OTHER
o Support the marketing team with all programs, tasks, and initiatives
o Support O&O, licensing, consulting and other restaurant teams with local marketing initiatives & photoshoots when applicable
o Promote a company culture in which internal and external customer satisfaction is the primary concern
o Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends
o Develop solid working relationships across departments
o Establish clear channels of communication across departments
o Develops video content as needed
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
o Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Lead, Digital, digital marketing manager, digital account manager, growth marketing, digital strategy or a similar role
o Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, advertising or related field
o Proficiency & experience running ad campaigns on digital advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Ads)
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices (organic, paid, social email), analytics tools (GA4) and how to leverage a marketing technology stack Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and strong presentation skills Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
o Hospitality industry experience (hospitality groups, hospitality focused digital marketing agencies, hotels, restaurants)
o Proficiency in Spanish language
Travel
Occasional travel may be required to restaurants in the United States or overseas.
