What You're Going to Do Support the Art Director's aesthetic vision and achieve project goals by developing captivating images and breathtaking environmental art from inception to completion. Mentor your team by aiding in process improvement and providing feedback. Maintain a high degree of quality while adhering to design restrictions and optimizing game performance. Collaborate with other departments to address visual and technological issues. Ensure that environmental assets' visual identity and quality standard are fulfilled within the appropriate timelines.
