What You're Going to DoSupport the Art Director's aesthetic vision and achieve project goals by developing captivating images and breathtaking environmental art from inception to completion.Mentor your team by aiding in process improvement and providing feedback.Maintain a high degree of quality while adhering to design restrictions and optimizing game performance.Collaborate with other departments to address visual and technological issues.Ensure that environmental assets' visual identity and quality standard are fulfilled within the appropriate timelines.What You'll Bring
Excellent communication, documentation, and self-management abilitiesAbility to foster pleasant, empathic, and self-aware working relationshipsWillingness to keep up with new technology breakthroughs in environment art and the games industryDeep understanding of industry-standard tools, such as Zbrush, Substance, Autodesk Suite, and othersExperience with Unreal Engine 4/5 is greatly preferredNice to Have
At least one AAA title has been deliveredPrevious experience developing and/or iterating on environment art pipelinesBenefits
