Robert Half is hiring: Creative Project Manager in San Francisco

Our Tech client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team at 40hr/wk for 6 months, remote. You'll support projects for the CRM team and will be working on moving projects along the process from intake to leadership reviews and legal approval, followed by shipping to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of CRM work, emails, push notifications and in-app projects, run weekly
• CRM meetings including stand ups, KOs, and other recurring meetings
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of this work
• Kick off approx 20 projects a week, some with quick turnarounds (24-48 hours)
• Setup projects, allocate resourcing and timeline creation in Monday.com and Google Drive
• Empower and guide creative teams to hit deadlines, and manage their time and workload
• Find synergies between different workflows and projects, taking initiative on implementing or updating existing processes, with an eye towards automating repetitive tasks
• Work and collaborate with outside agencies on CRM deliverables
• Manage communications between legal partners and stakeholders
• Use tooling and AI in your day-to-day worklife to drive productivity and efficiency

• 4+ years of experience as a project manager including at a tech company
• Customer relationship management experience
• Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management tool
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Figma, Slack (don’t really use email)
• Must be able to navigate a very fast pace of work
• Must be very disciplined with the ability to time manage multiple projects with various expectations
• Advanced experience being a self starter and taking initiative
• Experience working with creative and marketing teams
• Ability to pivot as needed and work fast turnarounds
• Is curious about AI and using it to automate processes to boost effectiveness and efficiency
