Job Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Creative Director to join the advertising and social team at a global eCommerce tech enterprise. This role will report to the Head of Creative and play a pivotal part in developing innovative advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including TV, OOH, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, creative expertise, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver outstanding advertising efforts that meet the highest standards.
Location: Remote (MUST be local to Seattle)
Duration: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $85-90/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, develop, and refine creative directions for advertising campaigns.
- Brief Writing: Craft compelling and concise creative briefs that inspire and guide teams and external agencies.
- Creative Concepting: Develop bold, innovative ideas for integrated, multi-channel campaigns that align with brand strategy and goals.
- Agency Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to oversee the production and delivery of high-quality, final ads for broadcast and digital platforms.
- Production Oversight: Manage the entire production process, ensuring all creative assets meet or exceed established standards and deadlines.
- Leadership and Presentation: Present campaign ideas and strategies to stakeholders, confidently articulating creative concepts and their strategic impact.
- Decision-Making: Prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and guide projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Rapid Development: Thrive in high-pressure situations, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in broadcast production, copywriting, and editing.
- 2-4 years in digital editing or a related digital production role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact advertising campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A decisive and confident leader who collaborates effectively while maintaining the ability to act independently when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global tech or eCommerce environment.
- Expertise in creating campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Familiarity with managing high-profile, multi-channel advertising initiatives.
