Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a talented Associate Creative Director with a strong background in motion design and art direction to join a Global Ecommerce Tech Enterprise’s creative team. In this role, the Associate Creative Director will take the lead on developing a multi-month social campaign spotlighting one of the enterprise’s flagship products. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to ideate, design, and execute high-impact social content with minimal supervision, leveraging creativity and expertise in motion design to deliver outstanding results.
Location: Remote (MUST be local to Seattle)
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $70-74/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of a social media campaign, crafting innovative strategies and content that align with the enterprise’s brand and product objectives.
- Conceptualize and design compelling motion graphics and visuals optimized for social media platforms.
- Drive the creative process independently, managing projects from ideation through execution with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and objectives, incorporating feedback to ensure creative excellence.
- Monitor and integrate emerging trends in social media and motion design to keep the campaign fresh and engaging.
- Manage deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
- Present ideas and creative concepts effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in creative direction, with a specialty in motion design or art direction.
- 6+ years of experience in motion design, creating impactful graphics and visuals for digital and social platforms.
- 2–4 years of demonstrated success producing and managing social media content campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design expertise and creative social campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and relevant motion design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts and collaborate across teams.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and audience engagement strategies.
