Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with a proven track record in creating and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. In this key role, you will drive client success by managing significant advertising budgets and delivering outstanding Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of media buying experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing monthly budgets of $50k+
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on teamwork
  • Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, or Google Search (preferred but not required)
  • Positive and energetic demeanor
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and improving campaign performance
  • Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to ensure client success
  • Monitor client accounts daily and provide the team with regular updates
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to refine strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs, with an emphasis on maximizing ROAS
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for multiple clients to ensure cost-effective spending and maximize ROI

Compensation

The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
