The Amazon Ads Partner Marketing Team enhances partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Amazon Ads, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing the onsite partner experience. Your primary focus will be on understanding partner needs, improving onsite experiences, and driving the adoption of partner-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align strategies, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and implement partner-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably with advertising industry experience. You should possess strong relationship-building skills, thrive in ambiguity, and have experience establishing scaled marketing initiatives. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for customers, you will be instrumental in driving growth and satisfaction among Amazon Ads partners, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and ultimately contributing to the success of both our partners and Amazon Ads. Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner needs, continuously gathering and analyzing partner feedback. Assess the current onsite partner experience, identifying and prioritizing key areas for improvement to enhance partner satisfaction and growth. Craft and communicate a comprehensive vision for the partner experience across multiple onsite touchpoints. Collaborate with product teams to influence the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with and addresses partner needs. Work effectively across multiple stakeholders in marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partner-focused initiatives. Drive adoption of partner-centric experiences by effectively communicating their value to partners and internal teams. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans and create supporting materials to promote partner adoption of new experiences and solutions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner-focused initiatives and processes. Provide regular reports and insights on partner satisfaction, adoption rates, and areas for improvement. Continuously refine and optimize the partner experience based on data-driven insights and feedback. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners Preferred Qualifications Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
