JOB SUMMARY
The Broadcast Campus Worship Pastor (WP) is responsible for the planning, production, and execution of the worship experience per BattleCreek Worship's values and standards.
The WP is responsible for day-to-day execution/activities for the worship experience and directing the teams that deliver the Worship Experience - band, vocalist, media, technology, and their associated systems.
The WP will support the worship, media and technical needs for all campus ministries and events.

Ministry Vision & Values: Models the standards and expectations of a member at BattleCreek Church in all areas of responsibility including: Profession of Jesus Christ, Baptism by immersion, commitment to personal spiritual growth, membership and worship at BattleCreek Church, Community Group participation, a lifestyle of tithing and generosity, and serving out of a call and giftedness.
Policy and Procedure: Possesses knowledge (or seeks appropriate guidance) and maintains the ability to accurately apply all policies and procedures as listed in the BattleCreek employee handbook or as otherwise instructed as able to lead others.
Communication: Keeps Supervisor and/or Human Resources informed of significant problems (legal or liability threat) that jeopardize the achievement of objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Possesses talent, desire, passion, servant leadership and initiative to take position and department(s) to the next level while continuing the learning process to ensure the very best possible team, department and work environment.

This position operated in a professional office environment but may require the following physical demands: general lifting of materials up to 20 pounds, bending kneeling, carrying, walking, and using hands/fingers to handle items. May include days where hours sitting at a computer are needed. Ability to acclimate to weather for outdoor events as needed.

POSITION SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Planning and execution of the worship experience for our broadcast campus in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
- Builds relationships with people connecting them to Christ, the church, their ministry in the church, and mission in the world
- Supervision and leadership of the worship team members and volunteers
- Recruits and develops musicians, vocalists, tech volunteers and creative artists
- Ensures the setup, tear down and storage of equipment for services (if applicable for location)
- Planning, preparation and execution of all worship experiences using support systems, i.e. Planning Center, Ableton, ProPresenter, Vista, etc.
- The effective development and management of an annual departmental budget
- Communication support to the Campus Pastor
- Participation in regular staff meeting and personal and job skill development activities.
- Any special projects assigned by Campus Pastor and the Lead Worship Pastor to help all people of all ages all the time advance in their journey with Christ.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent musician and Worship Leader
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Team player and a team builder
- Highly organized with experience managing day to day production work
- Clear, concise and persuasive verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
