Position Summary
Oak View Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our global marketing group working with multiple brands in the portfolio. This position is in NYC or Denver.
We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accessibility of the company’s growing digital asset library that enhances our brand presence, engages our audience, and drives OVG’s business goals while reflecting the company’s values. The ideal candidate will have experience managing content that can be utilized across various platforms. You will collaborate with the global marketing team and business units to audit, identify gaps, and synthesize content into a comprehensive brand library. The role requires strong brand strategy, creative skills, and an understanding of how visual elements work across digital and presentation platforms while maintaining brand integrity. A passion for music, sports, and live entertainment is essential.
This role will pay a salary of $80,000 to $90,000.

This position will remain open until March 2, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SVP Communications and Brand and marketing team to establish short- and long-term content development goals that support business objectives.
- Oversee and maintain the global digital asset management system, ensuring proper organization, tagging, and archiving of all digital assets (e.g., images, videos, graphics, etc)
- Discover and implement innovative technology solutions and software to improve content processes and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a structured and scalable digital asset organization system, ensuring that all assets are easily accessible to users across the company.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of all digital assets by performing regular audits, monitoring for duplicates, improperly formatted files, etc.
- Develop content processes at all business unit levels, ensuring global consistency as the company scales.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, social, communications) to provide content with larger campaigns and announcements and ensure brand identity is maintained.
- Work with internal teams to develop and enforce protocols for the upload, organization, and sharing of digital assets.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, from creation through distribution, ensuring that assets move seamlessly from approval to deployment.
- Manage relationships with freelance content creators (photographers, videographers).
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing as needed.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in content, creative or marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the live entertainment, sports or hospitality industry a plus
- A continuous learner and motivated self-starter; passion for quality and details
- Strong organizational skills: detail focused, able to handle multiple tasks/projects at a time, meets deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable navigating changing environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility.
