Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a video and/or graphics creator that will support creative productions for all Vikings home games and special events. This position will serve as a primary contributor to the video and graphic displays at U.S. Bank Stadium, and will be a core member of the Vikings award-winning Game Presentation team.
In addition to the duties described above, the Game & Event Creative Associate will take part in the Vikings’ exclusive Leadership Development Program. This program will provide regular opportunities for professional development, exposure to organizational leadership and the ability to develop skills critical for the Associate’s future career growth. A fundamental part of the program will include clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor that will be tracked and measured for progress throughout the term of the program.
This is a temporary full-time position that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on May 22, 2026, unless otherwise determined.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver professional-quality video and graphics for all Vikings gamedays and tentpole event productions as assigned.
- Think creatively to pitch videos and graphics to serve overall team goals, and execute all elements of video production related to the final deliverable product.
- Contribute to storyboarding, production process, post-production process, and quality control process, working with Entertainment, Technical Production, and Executive Producer to deliver strategically-aligned original videos and graphics.
- Work with established Brand Creative to apply overall brand ethos to stadium motion graphics and video. Apply creative from League and/or Team Campaign to activate in-stadium. Ensure an overall Graphics presentation during games and events that is cohesive, and strategically-aligned to overall Brand look and feel.
- Contribute to overall game and event programming, taking part in ideation process and advancing programming goals as assigned.
- Work with live entertainment group to coordinate integrated presentations, blending live entertainment and video.
- Work with social impact group and live entertainment group to source community stories for video presentations at our games and tentpole events.
- Work with Sr. Manager, Game and Event Creative to coordinate the logistics around live production sets with players, alumni, and entertainment groups to advance the team’s video goals.
- Serve a technical role as assigned around all Vikings home games and special events.

- Technical Requirements:
- Experience with Adobe products (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of production workflows
- Helpful but not required:
- Knowledge of Ross XPression graphics system
- Live production experience
- Must be a positive team player with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to maintain professional working relationship with executives, entertainers, and athletes.
- Desire to learn and advance knowledge and skills.
- Familiarity with Office computer software.
- Must have reliable transportation.
