About The Role
Zeno US Creative is seeking someone who has an interest in partnering with agency professionals in a fast-paced environment. The VP, Creative Operations will work closely with all members of the US Creative team to manage the operational infrastructure of the group against budget targets. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated, organized, collaborative individual with strong communications and problem-solving skills as well as a deep understanding of the creative process for multiple channels. This position will grow as Zeno continues to grow, offering many opportunities to learn and expand your skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with operations, finance, project managers, resource management, and client teams on client budgeting and planning.
- Partner with Head of operations on implementing ongoing process-improvement to respond to changing business needs, capabilities and clients that enables delivery of integrated projects in a dynamic environment.
- Partner with Client leaders, Finance, Resource Management, and Chief Creative Officer to architect the proper cast across each scope.
- Manage team utilization and capacity planning to ensure efficient and profitable resource distribution.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency by overseeing creative project estimations, staffing and SOW requirements across portfolios.
- Identify freelancer needs based on project volume and manage freelancer partnership procurement, negotiations and payment processing.
- Partner with Finance for annual fiscal year planning for Creative.
- Partner with Creative Leadership on reporting, audit requests and data collection.
- Calculate and track monthly revenues based on active contracts and client billings.
- Manage central resources for Creative as well as oversee our awards strategy and submissions.
- Manage overall team communication including weekly meetings, briefing process as needed and coordination with other teams at the agency.
- Partner with senior leaders on new business as needed.
- Work with senior leaders in the Creative team on special projects to advance the creative team internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or related field.
- PMP certification ideally, not required.
- At least 6 years of agency experience, finance or accounting a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for financial and client reporting systems.
- Proven to be a fast learner, able to understand systems and processes quickly.
- Collaborative work style and knows that no job is too big or too small.
- Knack for managing multiple priorities autonomously and delivering on tight deadlines.
- Sense of humor and ability to embrace change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Unwavering integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
- Approachable demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Desire to grow with our growing agency.
- Comfortable working autonomously while managing up working in partnership with the US Chief Creative Officer.
- Ability to build relationships based on trust and respect.
- Smartsheet, RMSS or Workday experience a plus.
