Job Title: Creative Director, Art at Zeno Group The Creative Director, Art will lead the development of integrated campaigns from both a conceptual and stylistic perspective for major consumer brand clients across food/drink, technology, retail, and travel/hospitality sectors.

Create fully integrated campaign ideas across all channels including website, social media, video, and interactive media. Develop conceptual and stylistic directions and execute them for various communication projects. Innovate with fresh ideas and creative solutions. Develop tactics that bring creative concepts to life and meet program objectives. Drive new business development efforts and expand existing client relationships by cross-selling services and capabilities. Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing the creative process from conception to completion. Interface with clients, mentor junior team members, and work with external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare and deliver creative presentations to clients. Collaborate closely with strategic planning and account teams to develop campaigns. Qualifications
10-12 years of creative experience. Strong presentation skills to sell ideas and grow client relationships. Leadership skills to manage art directors, copywriters, and designers, and collaborate with other teams. Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment. Proven success in winning new campaigns and clients across industries. Experience developing integrated campaigns for the US market, with global experience a plus. Expertise in strategic concept development and leading design projects from start to finish. Experience working with designers, creative planners, and account teams to create compelling design concepts. Salary range: $99,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation is based on education, experience, skills, location, and other factors.
