Yourco is hiring: Designer in Chicago

We’re looking for a unicorn designer—someone with a unique blend of skills in UI/UX design and marketing design, who thrives on versatility and has an impeccable eye for detail. If you’re a creative problem solver who understands both user journeys and brand storytelling, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

UI/UX Design (70%)

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to map out seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to refine designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring your designs to life.
• Maintain a consistent design system and ensure accessibility best practices.

Marketing Design (30%)

• Design compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, including email templates, social media posts, landing pages, and ad creatives.
• Develop branded materials such as brochures, presentations, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas to support product launches and promotional efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital product design and marketing assets.

Skills:

• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Proficiency in creating prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Mindset:

• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a love for typography, color, and layout.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
