Experienced Professional Banquet Coordinator wanted for growing Restaurant Group. If you have a passion for event planning, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to create unforgettable experiences we want to hear from you.
- Planning and coordinating and executing banquets, events and corporate parties
- Overseeing all event logistics, including menu, decorations, table settings and AV equipment.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and visions for their event
- Managing vendor relations, including florists, photographers and musicians
- Maintain accurate event records including contracts and invoices
- Maintaining a budget and profitability for the company
- Sales experience a must
- Field Sales/Closing
- Follow sale from inception to execution
Requirements:
3+ years of Banquet experience
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to Multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
