Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Enterprise in search of an Event Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Newark, NJ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and manage investor calls, webinars, and other virtual events that play a crucial role in the company's communications strategy.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Newark, NJ (hybrid)

Duration: 6-month contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $22-26/hour


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute investor calls, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior management and marketing teams to create presentation materials, agendas, and talking points for investor calls and webinars.
  • Act as the main point of contact for event planning, addressing questions and providing support before, during, and after events.
  • Set up and manage webinar platforms and tools. Oversee technical aspects of events and be present to introduce speakers or manage Q& A sessions when needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events via email campaigns, social media, the investor portal, and other relevant channels.
  • Distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and additional materials to participants. Gather feedback and analyze event performance to enhance future initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of attendance and investor interactions, providing regular insights and metrics to senior management.
  • Actively host or assist during live webcasts by introducing speakers, facilitating smooth transitions, and engaging the audience.
  • Ensure all event materials comply with regulatory and company standards, securing necessary approvals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in virtual event management; familiarity with investor relations or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, or GoToWebinar and email marketing or CRM software like Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and independently manage responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with investment management or investor relations is advantageous.
