Summary : Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Design, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for synthesizing complex information regarding strategic initiatives to depict clear, readable and digestible visuals that enable audiences to understand and engage with these ideas . The primary purpose of this position is to assist key business units with communicating their objectives through engaging, story telling-based design in presentation format . This position requires a candidate who can analyze business requirements, perform design tasks, construct, test, and implement solutions with little supervision in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and must be committed to delivering high quality solutions within agreed upon timelines.

General Responsibilities : Maintain graphic design and brand standards while subsequently ensuring that the work adheres to high level of excellence.
Utilize design resources and follow guidelines across the organization.
Collaborate on presentation designs with manager, clients and stakeholders.
Create executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences that visually communicate a compelling story .
Synthesize complex data into consumable and easy to digest presentations , charts and infographics.
Understand the strategies and priorities of multiple areas of the business and use that understanding to explain how their design solutions can enhance the clients business objectives.
Assess and evaluate existing presentations to implement and recommend improvements .
Be able to gather reference and notes quickly, to spec, and keep them organized.
Assist vendors, development teams or other business teams when appropriate.
Stay current with design industry trends and be knowledgeable with basic design principles.
Follow guidelines for file organization and naming convention s.
Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
Able to work independently to problem solve while also working with team for collaboration.

Requirements:
College graduate, or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of graphic in instructional design experience.
Link to digital portfolio required .Extensive knowledge and experience with latest versions of PowerPoint, including creating slide masters, being aware of PC/Mac differences, designing for various output media (projector, monitors and printouts ), object animations and embedding video .
Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Able to self-manage work load
