Queen City Sports and Entertainment is looking for a motivated, hardworking, dependable candidate to fill a Graphic Design role for our two professional sports teams: Anthem Rugby Carolina (Men's Rugby) and the Charlotte Independence (Men's Soccer) as we gear up for the 2025 seasons.
This job is based in Charlotte, N.C. and requires inside office location. Home match attendance is also a necessity to qualify for this position.

Job Questions:
This job is based in Charlotte, N.C. and requires inside office location. Home match attendance is also a necessity to qualify for this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create compelling graphics that motivate consumers to buy tickets, merchandise and concessions. Experience with animation graphics is a plus.
- Create compelling graphics that assist our corporate sales team to secure sponsorships for our teams.
- Advanced experience in all Adobe Creative Suite programs is required.
- Ability to create logo and graphic animations is required.
- Expert knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Create and design print and digital materials for email, social media and website applications.
- Assist with updates on sales and sponsorship collateral as assigned.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline.
- Research and select sample photos for use in marketing and sales materials.
- Retouch and manipulate images.
- Collaborate with the other team Graphic Designers to develop design concepts.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe.
- Organized, dependable and detail oriented.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Organize work on company share drives for easy-to-find storage.
- Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
