Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Graphic Designer I:

• Independently manage and execute design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and creative input
• Design and produce a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and more
• Create original corporate communication pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Liaise with various departments and vendors to ensure continuity and quality in design
• Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM), including creating new files, updating current files, and conducting training webinars
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements, and leverage this knowledge in your design work

Required Skills for Graphic Designer I:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• At least 1 year of Graphic Design experience or a relevant internship
• Experience in vendor management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
• Proficiency in cloud-based Marketing Software; experience with the Google Platform is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
