Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Media Operations Specialist:

- Assist in the creation and management of taxonomy and program/product codes for TV
- Manage creative trafficking and perform campaign quality assurance
- Track asset expiration dates and generate ad previews
- Provide general troubleshooting support across media buying platforms
- Upload audience data and maintain alignment across media platforms
- Perform checks and manage budgets in advertising platforms
- Assist in researching new trends in AdTech and digital advertising
- This is a 6+ month contract position

Required Skills for Media Operations Specialist:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments with a strong focus on precision
- 2-3 years of experience in ad operations or a similar role, ideally in digital advertising
