Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead design projects, develop innovative visual concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce graphics and illustrative material for print and digital media, including catalogs, advertisements, social media, websites, and more.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines, identity, and project specifications.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across various platforms and materials.
• Design digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, and static banner ads.
• Modify images, fonts, and layouts to improve quality in print and digital formats.
• Effectively collaborate with team members to determine needs and develop graphic direction for the concepts and specifications of assigned projects.
• Manage the design calendar to reflect accurate approval timelines, development schedules, deadlines, and updates.
• Develop printing and other production specifications and select appropriate production media and materials across design projects.
• Recommend improvements in creative design concepts, tools, processes, and assigned tasks to management. Advises junior designers throughout project deliverables.
• Write and edit basic copy.

Skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to consistently producing high-quality work.
• Master of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
• Ability and desire to collaborate with a team and multiple business leaders.
• Effectively manage time and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or agency environment.
• Catalog/Print experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
• Experience in fashion-related fields is beneficial.
• Experience with HTML/CSS coding knowledge, FIGMA is beneficial.
• Mac preferred.
