SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer with strong production design skills to join Revolution's marketing team. Working under the guidance of the Art Director, this role will focus on resizing, reformatting and visually expanding on established design concepts across our corporate brand, dispensary brand and retail brands (Revolution Cannabis, Tales & Travels, Revolution Dispensary, and Enlightened Dispensary). The ideal candidate excels at taking existing brand guidelines and creative concepts and developing them into polished, finalized print and digital designs executions while maintaining consistency across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Design & Implementation

  • Assist in the design exploration and production of established creative media across all channels, including print, digital, display, social, and web
  • Resize, reformat and expand upon existing designs for various formats and uses while maintaining brand integrity
  • Create production-ready files for digital, print, packaging, and in-store displays
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and industry regulations
  • Maintain organized file systems and asset libraries for efficient production workflows

Visual Design & Brand Management

  • Implement brand guidelines consistently across all channels
  • Produce marketing collateral following established design systems
  • Create variations and visually expand on existing design concepts
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of brand visual identities through production excellence Digital Content Production
  • Adapt approved designs into various digital formats (social media, web, email)
  • Resize and optimize graphics for different digital platforms
  • Create multiple variations of approved concepts for A/B testing
  • Prepare and export digital assets according to platform specifications

Print & Environmental Design Production

  • Prepare print-ready files for various marketing materials
  • Format designs for various in-store display specifications
  • Ensure color accuracy and technical requirements are met for all production methods Create production-ready packaging files following regulatory requirements

Project Management

  • Manage multiple production requests efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Follow established processes for file organization and naming conventions
  • Track project status and communicate progress clearly
  • Maintain version control and archive files appropriately

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Art Director to understand design intent and requirements
  • Support the Social and Digital Marketing Specialist with content formatting needs
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure proper file preparation
  • Communicate technical requirements and limitations effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred, not required
  • 2+ proven work experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer or Graphic Artist
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and variety in design projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Team player who can work collaboratively and operate independently
  • Knowledge of packaging production requirements
  • Understanding of various printing processes and specifications
  • Experience with digital asset management systems
  • Background in preparing files for social media platforms

Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Prepress and print production knowledge
  • Digital file optimization techniques
  • Version control and file management systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana)
