We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts, elevate our brand identity services, and oversee a talented team of designers. If you are a visionary with a passion for branding, leadership, and engaging social media design, we’d love to hear from you!


Job ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership

  • Develop and execute innovative branding strategies for apartment buildings and communities throughout the United States and Canada, ensuring each project aligns with client goals and market trends.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of design assets, including logos, color palettes, typography, and collateral materials.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from brainstorming to final production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.


Social Media & Deck Graphics

  • Design visually compelling social media graphics to enhance client and internal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure designs are optimized for various platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and integrate creative strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Create external pitch decks as well as brand case studies.


Team Management

  • Manage a small team of graphic designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering professional growth.
  • Assign and prioritize projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for design-related decisions within the team.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to align creative concepts with campaign objectives.
  • Present design concepts and branding strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new tools or techniques to improve design output.


Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the production of print and digital assets, collaborating with vendors as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.


QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven expertise in branding, particularly for real estate or community-oriented industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific requirements.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a creative team.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with digital design, motion graphics, or web design tools.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly multi-family housing.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
