Job Title: Marketing

Department: Operation

Reports To: Operation Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Content and Office Administrator will manage the creation and distribution of marketing content while also handling office administrative tasks. This dual role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. You will play a key part in promoting the company's brand and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Content:

- Content Creation: Develop, write, and design engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.

- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.

- Have experience in construction industry

Office Administration:

- Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, emails, and handle customer inquiries professionally.

- Office Supplies: Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.

- Record Keeping: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.

- Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for office staff.

- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, organizing company events, and supporting other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or office administration.

- Very Creative, and use words properly

-Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (Canva, MailChimp, Hootsuite, etc.).

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
