Job Description: As a Marketing Specialist at PS Seasonings, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling content for D2C and B2B marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Copywrite engaging and persuasive content for various marketing initiatives.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Execute tasks on Shopify and other digital tools to ensure smooth operation and effective marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Assist in the delivery of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and assist with social media as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including specific copy writing experience.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo).
- Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- In-office work required.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry a plus.
