We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute account-based marketing strategies, manage marketing automation software, generate and qualify leads, and create compelling email campaigns. You will also optimize social campaigns and website content for lead generation.The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies, managing marketing automation software, generating and qualifying leads, and creating compelling email campaigns. This role also involves maintaining and optimizing website content and is responsible for social communication, internal communication and project management. The Digital Marketing Specialist will nurture healthy internal and external relationships with the intent of building marketing program value and becoming a subject matter expert in marketing-related tools and processes, including the CRM and marketing automation software.Responsibilities:Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts.Design and execute email marketing and digital advertising campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.Manage and optimize marketing automation software to streamline marketing processes.Generate and qualify leads through various digital channels and person-to-person outreach.Create, update, and optimize website content to improve user experience and SEO performance.Develop marketing tools to support brand strategy, including content for videos, posters, flyers, emails, and social media posts.Support employer branding campaigns and internal communication, including content for monitors, videos, flyers, and posters.Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments to lead the creation and deployment of social content and campaigns.Create and deploy an editorial calendar for web, social, email, and related communication.Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Conduct market analysis to support internal programs.Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.Proven experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them effectively.Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM).Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to research, analyze, and organize information.Self-starter with the ability to support multiple work streams to meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.Prefer candidates with EMS/B2B Industry experience.What Nortech Offers:Competitive compensationHybrid work environmentOutstanding benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance for employee & family, including a 100% company-paid base medical lan for employees; 401k with company match; tuition reimbursement and PTOA diverse and inclusive workplace fostering responsible social engagementTraining and opportunity for advancementNortech is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Substance Free WorkplaceCertain positions at Nortech require access to information, or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other US government security regulations.
