Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this individual plays a key role in the success of the marketing strategy for Heath Consultants. The Marketing Specialist will help to create and implement Heath's marketing initiatives, including but not limited to digital marketing (social media, website and video creation), marketing collateral and media. The individual will be responsible for disseminating Heath's mission and vision to both its external and internal customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. *PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS LOCATED NEAR THE HOBBY AIRPORT AND REQUIRES IN-OFFICE DAYS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, blogs, and print materials.
  • SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content and manage search engine marketing efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare regular reports for management to track progress and ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance product awareness and engage with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product management, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and support business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with CRM software a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, websites, blogs, and print materials.
  • Experience in developing and managing social media strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) being a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and SEM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing messages tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.


Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to industry events such as conferences, tradeshows.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-5pm. (Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote)

SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000
