Worth AI is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing team by defining and executing programs to drive awareness, generate leads, assist & enable sales, and manage marketing for upsell and cross-sell initiatives for new and existing products. .The position also works closely with the product team, as well as sales, operations and customer success. The perfect candidate will also have Marketing Agency, extensive copy-writing/technical writing experience and a vast experience marketing a diverse product suite managing multiple products simultaneously.

You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform our marketing strategies. Responsibilities

KPI Management

  • Define, track, and analyze key marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.

Marketing Strategy & Roadmap Development

  • Develop comprehensive marketing roadmaps aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capture them.

Tactical Operations Management

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS / software marketing experience
  • 2+ years managing direct reports
  • Experience with Hubspot required
  • Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, market research, overarching product messaging, pricing, etc.
  • Significant experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, sales collateral, educational content, press, social media, webinars, case studies, webinars, trade shows, social media, sales collateral, etc.
  • Must have experience with product launches and and managing diverse product suites
  • Must possess outstanding writing skills and a talent for making complex concepts and features sound simple and desirable.
  • Must have experience with solution-based message creation
  • Must have vast experience working with sales departments, tech/dev departments, operations/customer success departments
  • Have a passionate, outgoing personality - able to create a sense of excitement both internally and externally for WORTH AI INC
