Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, located on Miami Beach, is a premier destination offering luxurious accommodations and a comprehensive wellness experience. The resort features a 70,000-square-foot spa, innovative health treatments, and diverse dining options, all set along one of the city's longest beachfront stretches.

This dynamic position requires a professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Manager (MM) will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop, execute, and monitor innovative marketing strategies that align with the hotel's brand and revenue goals. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, cross-functional teams, and external partners while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

  1. Essential Job Functions
  1. Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support the hotel's positioning and revenue objectives.
  2. Identify market trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to inform campaign strategies and guest engagement.
  3. Manage the creation, delivery, and optimization of marketing materials, including website updates, email campaigns, and promotional collateral.
  4. Collaborate with creative agencies, ensuring brand alignment and the production of visually compelling assets.
  5. Oversee social media strategy and content creation, driving growth and engagement across platforms.
  6. Maintain and optimize the hotel's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and visually engaging.
  7. Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, retargeting, and e-commerce initiatives.
  8. Analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting against KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  9. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with local and national organizations, fostering brand awareness and guest acquisition.
  10. Plan and execute co-branded events and activations to enhance visibility and engagement.
  11. Coordinate and execute property events, promotions, and special offers to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  12. Collaborate with Spa & Wellness teams and partners; and Food & Beverage teams to design and promote outlet-specific marketing initiatives.
  13. Lead the marketing calendar and project management of campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  14. Develop and oversee A/B testing initiatives for email marketing, digital ads, and other campaign elements.
  15. Provide detailed reports and insights to key stakeholders, offering recommendations for refinement.
  16. Manage relationships with PR firms, influencers, and media outlets to maximize exposure.
  17. Plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring creative assets align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  1. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or a creative agency setting.
  3. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management systems.
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Creative thinker with experience developing innovative campaigns and content.
  7. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to align marketing efforts with sales and operational goals.
  8. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  9. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting or wellness-oriented brand.
  10. Familiarity with influencer marketing and developing strategic partnerships.
  11. Demonstrated success in driving social media growth and digital campaign performance.
  12. This position allows for a hybrid schedule - one day a week remote.
