The Impact
The Sr. Media Strategist will be a key individual contributor within a dynamic media team, responsible for driving end-to-end campaign execution. A self-starter, they will manage projects independently while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional media strategies for clients. With a strong passion for data and insights, this role requires a strategic thinker who thrives on optimizing performance and leveraging insights-driven strategies to fuel continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized multimedia strategies to engage target audiences and drive measurable results
- Optimize campaigns to enhance brand and performance metrics, maximizing ROAS, and fostering long-term consumer relationships
- Design testing frameworks that integrate audience segmentation, local market factors, channel strategy, and key consumer touchpoints
- Adapt to local market dynamics by tracking economic shifts, competitor actions, seasonal variations, inventory managements, and price optimization
- Proactively collaborate with client teams and measurement experts to assess channel effectiveness and identify opportunities for performance improvements
- Perform post-campaign analysis to compare media metrics with business outcomes and optimize future strategies
- Translates cross-functional insights into actionable media recommendations that boost campaign effectiveness
- Deep expertise in both traditional and digital advertising, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented strategist with a passion for driving media and business outcomes
- Analytical, detail-focused, and skilled negotiator, adept as turning media data into actionable insights
- Highly adaptable and flexible in dynamic situations
- Experience in managing cross-platform media investments within local DMAs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, STRATA, Core Direct, and Nielsen tools
Education: BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
Years of Experience: 5+ years of proven analytical skills, including a strong understanding of the creation and management of strategic media plans and budgetary stewardship

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$70,000-$80,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
