Social Media Coordinator
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to support social media efforts across a handful of our brands. In this role, you’ll execute social strategy, contribute to campaign and content development, and manage cross-platform publishing and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual content, deep understanding of social media platforms, and experience engaging with followers in a brand-consistent voice. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Support
- Support the execution of social media strategies and campaigns across multiple brands.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team collaborations to advance initiatives.
- Assist in driving partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Execute engagement strategies to boost follower growth, brand awareness, loyalty, and lead generation.
Content Development
- Support the creation of on-brand content, including stills, gifs, videos, Reels, Stories, and interactive polls.
- Facilitate the content development process, from planning to review.
- Build and maintain editorial and content calendars, managing timelines and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Content Publishing
- Oversee content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube for multiple brands.
- Ensure timely and accurate content distribution across social channels.
- Monitor and adjust publishing strategies based on audience engagement and platform algorithms.
Community Management
- Engage daily with the community to build relationships with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Identify and interact with key communities, influencers, and partners to foster a positive environment and increase brand visibility.
- Track trending topics and implement strategies to maintain an active, engaged community.
Reporting & Research
- Contribute to performance reporting, compile data, and support the creation of comprehensive reports.
- Gather and analyze social listening data, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, recommending innovative tactics to keep the brand at the forefront.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of social media management experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube).
- Proven ability to develop compelling, on-brand content tailored for various platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics (Sprout Social preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for audio and staying ahead of social media trends.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
- $35-40/hr. (W2/Non-Exempt)
