The Social Media Coordinator will increase brand engagement through social media platforms.

3.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5.Be highly proficient in social media and ad strategy and execution.

6.Experience in Canva, Adobe, Final Cut Pro, Hootsuite, and Monday.com is a plus.


Time Requirements:

With sensitivity to family needs in mind, this position will require at minimum 40 in-office working hours per week, with a general expectation of 50 hours per week. Occasional posting on weekends required. Occasional event support on evenings and weekends required.


Travel Requirements:

International travel requirements will be limited. Domestic travel requirements may be more frequent.


Position duties:


The SocialMediaCoordinatorwill increase brand engagement through social media platforms.

  1. Strategy Development
    • Define target audiences and develop strategies to reach them
    • Understand unique platform utilization and develop plan to achieve specific goals on each platform
    • Understand, track, and use metrics to optimize social media performance
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and implement accordingly

2.Content Curation

      • Create engaging and relevant content including text, graphics, and videos
      • Understand how to find, curate, and share third-party content that resonates with the target audience
      • Optimize content forsocialmediaplatforms, including best practices for formatting, hashtags, and tagging
      • Create SEO-enhancing social media content

    3.Community Management

        • Engage with followers acrosssocialmediaplatforms, including responding to comments and messages
        • Understand crisis communication and how to manage negative feedback or comments onsocialmedia
        • Manage VM Private Group on Facebook

      4.Social Media Advertising

          • Develop and executesocialmediaadvertising campaigns
          • Measure, problem solve, and optimize campaign performance
          • Usesocialmediaadvertising to achieve specific objectives, such as driving website traffic, increasing brand awareness, or generating leads

        5.Analytics and Reporting

            • Track and analyzesocialmediametrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates
            • Utilizesocialmediaanalytics tools, such as Google Analytics andsocialmediaplatform insights
            • Report onsocialmediaperformance and communicate insights to leadership
