  • Location: Bay Area Airstream Adventures (Fairfield, CA)
  • Pay: $20 - $25 (hourly)
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm, (w/weekend flexibility to attend RV shows)
  • Travel required: 10-15%


The Regional Marketing Coordinator "Social Media Coordinator" specializes in events, regional social media management and content creation. Is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various marketing events. This role also entails managing social media channels and campaigns specific to designated regions. The Regional Marketing Coordinator works closely with the store leadership to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive business objectives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, your day is a mix of event planning, social media management, and performance analysis. You are a highly organized multitasker with a passion for events and digital engagement. You'll coordinate logistics for RV shows, dealership open houses, and promotional events, collaborating with store leadership and corporate teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You're creative and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and coordinate complex logistics. You will plan meetings and content creation for all social media platforms, tailoring posts to engage regional audiences. You will also be attending events, managing local partnerships, or analyzing recent campaigns to measure ROI. You will also prepare reports on event successes and refine strategies for future campaigns, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making. You thrive in a fast paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and are comfortable working independently, and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the automotive and RV industry or related retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends, particularly as they apply to RV retailers.
  • Ability to create photo and video content, including editing, for social media posts and marketing projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative ideas tailored to the RV industry.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms) to track and measure campaign success within the RV retail sector.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The expected pay range for this position is ($20.00 - $25.00) (Hourly).
