Key Responsibilities:
Media Relations:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Draft press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings.
Event Coordination:
- Help organize press events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and media attendance.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain media contact lists and databases.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and media metrics.
- Handle scheduling and communication for PR-related activities.
Crisis Communication Support:
- Assist in drafting statements and coordinating responses during crisis situations.
- Monitor public sentiment and social media for potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.
